Heal Hub Advisors (HHA) Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Heal Hub Advisors (HHA) Affiliate Program. By signing up to be an Affiliate in the HHA Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). Please ensure that you read and understand these terms before participating in the Program.
2. Enrollment in the Program
To enroll in the Program, you must complete the online application form and be approved by HHA. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Upon acceptance, you will be provided with a unique affiliate ID to promote our programs: “Get Real, Deal & Heal” and “Nourish360.”
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your promotional methods. Inaccuracies may result in immediate termination from the Program.
- Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act, which requires affiliates to disclose their affiliate relationships.
- Marketing Practices: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any deceptive or misleading advertising practices, including false claims, spam, and unauthorized use of trademarks.
- Ethical Standards: Affiliates must not promote our programs on websites or platforms that contain illegal, discriminatory, or offensive content.
4. Commission Structure
- Commission Rates: Affiliates will earn a 30% commission on sales made through their unique affiliate links.
- Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold. Payments will be made via [payment method].
- Refunds and Chargebacks: If a customer requests a refund or if a chargeback occurs, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s balance.
5. Affiliate Link Usage
- Link Placement: Affiliates may place links, banners, or other promotional materials on their website, social media, or other approved platforms.
- Cookie Duration: The affiliate tracking cookie lasts for 60 days. If a customer makes a purchase within this period, the affiliate will be credited with the sale.
6. Termination
- Voluntary Termination: You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to HHA.
- Involuntary Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, if we determine that you have violated these terms.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your affiliate account, and any outstanding commissions will be forfeited.
7. Limitation of Liability
HHA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if HHA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HHA and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your participation in the Program, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
9. Modification of Terms
HHA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we do so, we will notify you of the changes either by posting the updated terms on our website or through other communication channels. Your continued participation in the Program after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and HHA regarding your participation in the Program.
